Who are we?

We provide dyslexia assessments for both children and adults. Our offices are in Rainhill and Newton-Le-Willows. We provide services primarily across the North West.

We provide :

  • A full dyslexia diagnostic assessment to confirm the presence of dyslexia in an adult.
  • A full dyslexia diagnostic assessment to confirm the presence of dyslexia in a child.
  • A full diagnostic dyslexia assessment for students aged 16 years and older and supports the application for Disabled Students' Allowances (DSA)
  • Exam Access Arrangements (these are additional arrangements permitted by the examination board to allow equal access to examinations for learners/students who show evidence of weak processing or similar difficulties) 

     

Dys-appear was established in 2011 by Rebecca Clifford and Michala Morton both of whom are qualified specialist teachers of dyslexia who hold current Assessment Practising Certificates (APC) and have passed a full enhanced DBS check (Formerly the CRB Check).
